Mated (https://mated.uz) is a customer-communication dashboard that lets a business connect its own Instagram professional account, Facebook Page and Telegram bot to manage conversations, an AI assistant, a CRM and lead capture. This page explains what data we store and how to request its complete deletion, including data obtained through the Facebook and Instagram APIs.
Connected account access tokens (Instagram, Facebook Page, Telegram bot), message history of conversations, CRM lead records (name, phone, email submitted by the contact), and bot/AI configuration. This data is used only to operate the service inside the connecting business's private dashboard and is never sold or shared with third parties.
Option 1 — in the dashboard: go to Settings → Channels and click "Disconnect" on the relevant network. This immediately and permanently erases that channel together with all of its conversations and leads. To remove the entire account and all data, use Settings → Danger zone → Delete account.
Option 2 — by request: email help@mated.uz with the subject "Data deletion" from your account's email address. We will completely erase all of your data — including data obtained via the Facebook/Instagram/Telegram APIs — within 30 days and send you a confirmation.
When a channel is disconnected in the dashboard, all data obtained through the Meta APIs for that asset (Page or account) — including conversations and leads — is deleted immediately. Backups are purged within 30 days.

Mated хранит: токены подключённых аккаунтов (Instagram, Facebook‑ страница, Telegram‑бот), историю переписки, карточки лидов в CRM (имя, телефон, email), настройки бота и ИИ‑агента. Данные используются только для работы сервиса в вашем кабинете и не передаются третьим лицам.
Как удалить: в кабинете — Настройки → Каналы → «Отключить» у нужной соцсети (мгновенно и безвозвратно удаляет канал со всеми диалогами и лидами); полностью — Настройки → Опасная зона → «Удалить аккаунт». Либо по запросу — письмо на help@mated.uz с темой «Удаление данных» с email вашего аккаунта; удалим все данные, включая полученные через Facebook/Instagram/Telegram, в течение 30 дней и пришлём подтверждение.
